PosExpressLink provides integration software that connects dealership systems (including OpenTrack) with FluidPay for invoicing, payment processing, and related operational workflows. The Service is intended for authorized dealership personnel and their customers in the course of normal business.
2. Accounts and Access
Access to the Service requires an invitation or authorization from an account administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure
- Send unsolicited marketing email through the Service
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as OpenTrack and FluidPay. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.
5. Data and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of your business data. We process data as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PosExpressLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
